I did this interview quite a while ago but I thought that Amanda’s answers were so interesting that it was worth posting to ArtMake. Since the interview, she has moved to Cleveland and is busy making lots of delicious vegan goodies at a bakery down there. I just wish I lived closer to Cleveland so I could sample all of her scrumptious creations!!!
